ReplyDelete- Hematoma formation in the left rectus femoris, sartorius, vastus lateralis with areas of fluid-fluid levels, which may relate to aging blood products. Subcutaneous fat stranding densities in the thigh may be part of the aforementioned process, cannot totally rule out cellulitis
